Before I started working with Tyler I was eating only 1,000 calories a day but still gaining weight! I thought I was going to have to eat less or exercise more, but Tyler told me I needed to eat more to lose weight. I was very nervous to eat more in fear that I would gain more weight than I already had, But Tyler was very encouraging & made small increases in my diet every week.  My weight didn’t move much in the beginning, but after 8 months I got my calories up to 1,500 & started losing weight. After 11 months I lost 13 lbs. by eating more without any additional exercise.
